The 12 Step Process to Financial Recovery
We recommend that you call your insurance company and ask for benefit information. Request an explanation of the patient’s drug & alcohol rehabilitation benefits. They will inform you of the services covered under the plan as well as any restrictions or deductibles involved.
Review the list of information required and make sure you have all the information before you start the on-line process. Follow these few easy steps and we will handle the rest! This process should take you less than 30 minutes to complete.
1. Begin the on-line process by clicking on the "claim now" button.
2. Read the Terms and Conditions.
3. Read the Privacy Statement.
4. Click on the "Order Now" and enter your payment information. You will be routed to the PayPal site to complete your payment. The cost of completing your insurance claim is $250.00.
5. Once your payment has been completed, you will be directed to a series of screens to enter all the required information to complete our claim.
6. Click on submit when all the data has been entered.
7. We will contact the patient’s facility to complete the diagnosis, treatment, and facility codes and information.
8. Using the information from steps 6, 7, and 8, we will complete the claim form as required.
9. We will submit the claim to the insurance company. We will also notify you that we have submitted the claim as well as a copy of the form for your records.
10. The insurance company will notify you directly with the explanation of benefits and payment of benefits. Most insurance companies pay claims within 30 days (some may take as long as 3 months).
11. You may call your insurance company and check on the status of your claim. We cannot guarantee that the insurance company will reimburse your expenses. Make sure you understand your plan and the benefits provided.
12. If a resubmission of your claim is necessary, we will resubmit the claim free of charge.
